You both need quality time alone and together.

Be an interesting person and go have fun together frequently. And that isn't a way of saying to have sex. I mean go see a play, go hiking, go antiquing, visit friends, whatever activity you both enjoy, go do it together. Then you have something to talk about.

Also, Don't be afraid for each of you to go do something by yourself that your spouse isn't interested in.
