When I develop feelings for someone, something repels me from them so strongly that I start to dislike them and want to get away from them. I get uncomfortable and even frightened when I get close to people physically, such as hugging or holding hands or high fiving.

The closest I've ever gotten to intimacy is somewhat deep emotional texting with super close friends. I can't bring myself to take it further, it just makes me panic.
